The location of the hotel is ideal, right by shops bars and restaurants, a nice sandy beach and more restaurants. Don't forget to visit nearby Heladeria Bernardini, they have best coffee ever. The view to city is stunning, the room is well-maintained and top-class.

It was fairly clean with terrific customer service. The location was very central, brilliant right in the centre of Cala millor.

The food was a good highlight, with a wide variety of fresh local dishes that changed daily. The outdoor pool, overlooking the beautiful beach, was perfect for relaxation, and the staff were consistently warm and accommodating.
Some guests were rather noisy.

As a English couple living in Mallorca,i was surprised that all the staff greeted us in German,I understand that the hotel caters for the German people but there are other languages

We enjoyed our stay heaps, great location right on the beach, but the staff mostly spoke German, made things a bit tricky for us. The morning brekkie was good!

the locality of the hotel and the friendly attitude of all the staff
the thing i did not like was i live in mallorca the hotel is in mallorca all the staff greeted us in German and evey time we were approached wether it be at the bar or reception we were spoke to in german even after i had greeted them in Spanish first then in English,
